Items should be received within 2-3 business days in Brisbane and 4-5 business days in other metro areas, and we will notify you of the company details once the item has been shipped, with a tracking number.
New Zealand customers please expect delivery with 2 weeks.

It is only possible to cancel or make changes to your order before it is shipped.
While we pack every order very carefully, fragile items can infrequently be damaged during transit. If you have received a damaged item, please accept our apologies and notify us immediately.
We will endeavor to replace the item(s) or give you a full or partial refund (excluding postage costs), upon the successful return of the item(s) to us.
